SHIPPING POLICY
All items are posted 1st class via Royal Mail for UK and International shipments.
Currently we ship within 3-5 working days unless you have ordered a commission, a pre order or made to order product or a personalised product which can take up to 2 weeks.

Free delivery for delivery address within a 11 mile radius of the studio, collection is also available - please contact Jules directly to arrange this.

Please double check that the address you give us at checkout is full and correct .

Shipping details will be shared with homeware product maker as they are shipped direct from maker to ensure a timely and cost effective shipping rate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
​Thank you for shopping with Jules Handmade With Love. If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we are more than happy to process a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To receive your refund your order must be returned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the returned items a full refund will be applied to the same method of the original payment.

If your item is damaged during delivery please contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours - we can then re-send the same product or provide you with a full refund - including the cost incurred in posting the item back to us.
